FAQs about hotels in Seville

Hot by Day, Hotter by Night

Seville is a city that lends itself perfectly to just wandering around and soaking up the atmosphere. And there is plenty of atmosphere to soaked up.

People watching is very much a pastime here, and all over Seville restaurants teem with well-heeled locals enjoying a laid-back coffee or cerveza under the shade of a citrus tree.

The city also has its fair share of must-see sights. At the top of the list is Plaza de España whose monumental, semi-circular building is elaborately decorated with Andalusian tiles. Also typically Andalusian is the Seville Bull Ring, though what goes on inside may not be to everyone’s taste. The resting place of Christopher Columbus, UNESCO World Heritage-listed Seville Cathedral is an awe-inspiring structure whose vast vaults provide welcome relief from the heat of the day.

But it’s after dark that things really start to heat up. Streets pulse to the rhythm of flamenco, and with more bars per inhabitant than anywhere else in Europe, there’s no shortage of choice for nightlife.

Just on the outskirts of the city is Seville Airport. Public transport from here provides easy access to the array of Seville hotels, guest houses and apartments that Booking.com has to offer.

    A perfect city break.

A perfect city break. Seville has all you need, beautiful and interesting buildings, many restaurants and bars to choose from. Walking is easy, no hills. Many cultural things to do, the Flamenco show at Casa de la Memoria was the highlight of my trip. There are some beautiful parks and gardens, and there is also the river. Dining outside (tapas and Serrano ham, delicious) and listening to the bells from the bell tower, a treat. Take refuse from the heat at the Hotel Alfonso XIII, the internal courtyard with its fountain and shade is a great spot for lunch and a refreshing beer. I did not manage to see the Alcazar Palace so hope to visit again one day. Late September is the perfect time to enjoy Seville.

Seville has a lively character with so many interesting places to explore. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel. The tapas was amazing, different offerings all over town. Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda are must sees. Place de Espana is beautiful. A city we will definitely return to.

A beautiful city with most attractions within easy walking distance of each other. The old city is charming and immaculate, the streets hosed daily. I felt very safe as a solo traveller, including the evenings, particularly in the old town. The main reason for visiting was to sketch and paint around the city and I was not disappointed for inspiration. I visited at the end of September, and the temperature reached as high as 30 degrees. I can imagine it would be comfortable to sightsee well into the autumn/winter.

Seville is a stunningly beautiful city.

Seville is a stunningly beautiful city. It has something for everyone. Most attractions are within walking distance of each other but there are other means of transport available. It's a fairly easy city to navigate round, part of its charm is getting lost down the little lanes and popping out in a square with bars and restaurant covered by trees to shade you from the heat of the day. Be prepared for crowds. It's a popular city and never seems to have any downtime. You're never far from a beautiful outside space with fountains and trees or a tapas bar. Roof top bars are good place to sit and watch the city beneath you. Look up, there's so much to see everywhere around you. My biggest tip for anyone visiting Seville is chose your footwear carefully. Its mostly cobbles or uneven surfaces. Trust me it takes out it out on your feet!! If you visit Seville, you will not be disappointed.

    Seville is colorful and warm!

Seville is colorful and warm! We loved the bustle of the central area, crossed the bridge into Triana for the great mercado and exploration of a low-key area with quaint shops, Bakeries and restaurants. Browse through immense pottery shops and delight in the shop that had hundreds of flamenco dresses! Enjoy tapas and good Spanish wine. Can’t wait to come back!

Easy city to navigate. Lots of sights.

Easy city to navigate. Lots of sights. Our favourite was Setas which you can do in the daytime and again after 10 pm on the same ticket. Great restaurants from tapas to Michelin starred all reasonably priced compared to London. Good shopping.

Centrally located minutes away from most of the sightseeing place like Seville Catheral, Real Alzacar, etc. All Cafes/ bars around old town, Plaza Nueva and surroundings are nearby and also the taxi stand to explore Seville further. making this an excellent place for stay in Seville. The hotel has a quaint charm, and rooms are nice and clean and we didn’t find it very noisy though it is so centrally located. There is a common tea/coffee maker to use at your convenience in the reception area and staff are polite and helpful.

This hotel is by far one of our favourites we've ever stayed. In the heart of sevilles old town, it's in a great location, everything is close by and we were absolutely stunned by its beautiful design, it's 12 terraces connected together and hosts and underground tunnel to connect them all. The rooftop pool and bar was a big plus for relaxing after a big day seeing the sights. The service from staff was also one of the best we've had here in Europe. We will be back and will be recommending to all of our friends.

Really nice hotel in the heart of the Old Town of Seville, close to everything. The rooms are big enough and clean, and there also is a rooftop pool. Breakfast is also varied, although I would have preferred some more veggies, but that's a personal preference, not a drawback of any kind. However, the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff, which is always there to help.

Location was fab, in old town, we were there for Magna Seville 2024, which was a shock, but an unbelievable experience, so apparently the hotel was more expensive, but we didn't have anything to compare it to. Staff were amazing, breakfast was lovely, room was great, clean & modern.
