We were on a self-supported bicycle trip. It was rainy and we had some tire issues. The hotel staff were most accommodating and helpful. The adjacent restaurant was wonderful! Fantastic value for money.

Perfect location right in the heart of the Plaza Mayor. A fully equipped, modern property. Bonus was the washer AND dryer unit! Also, communication with the main office was quick and easy even though it was all remote and late in the evening.

The location is fantastic, just a few steps from. the Plaza Mayor. The room was super quiet and very comfortable. The facilities in the room were excellent. The staff responding quickly to messages sent and the contact less checkin worked well.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Wonderful location in the city center a 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor. There is no attached parking but a public lot is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an additional fee for parking. Restaurants,bars and shopping literally steps away. Comfortable mattress and pillows.

Firstly, Emanuel, who runs the place is exceptional. He made us feel like we were going to a luxury hotel. Secondly it's not a hostel, it's a lot more. And the we get there and Emanuel welcomes us, gives us all the info we need to make sure we have a fantastic stay in Salamanca. Location is just amazing.. 2 minute walk to the main square. And 5 minutes to Van Dyke (Emanuel sent us there for dinner as it's where the locals go to eat), and my god was the food amazing. Strongly recommend that, and you will avoid the tourist traps. Parking abundant around the hostel. We will definitely be back. And thanks Emanuel !!!!

Excellent location and helpful friendly staff.

Facilities at Sercotel Puerta de la Catedral include free WiFi throughout the hotel. It is in the heart of the old town, on the same square as Salamanca’s Cathedrals.

In fact it's a perfect hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful. We enjoyed the bed and the bathroom. The breakfast is rich. To find the underground parking of the hotel looks complicate in front of the computer, but much easier in reality, than we expected based on the description of former guests. Don't be afraid, GPS do help! The location of the hotel is breathtaking. You step into wonderland from the hotel, directly!
