TUGASA Hotel La Posada is in a characteristic Andalusian white building in the village of Villaluenga del Rosario. There is free Wi-Fi in public areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ample, clean, and our had basic toiletry item. Quite environment. Perfect location if you like trekking, canoying, or speleology.
Conjunto Rural Casa Victoria is set in the mountains of Andalusia’s Sierra De Grazalema Nature Reserve. It offers 6 charming rustic houses in the traditional white village of Villaluenga del Rosario. A perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to explore Sierra de Grazalema - some of the trails start right in Villaluenga del Rosario, where the house is located. It was a lovely stay for us - we were very excited to spend some days in one of white villages scattered across Andalusia! The house was very cozy and although it was small there was everything you'd needed - the space was very well organised. It was also beautifully decorated with a lot of nice touches - a poster there, a nice pillow here - we really felt like home. For our standards it was also warm - there is sufficient heating and hot water. The hosts were very welcoming too, the communication was very smooth and friendly. Thank you! The village itself is also a great place to explore and buy some delicious local cheese :) One of our best stays ever, we definitely recommend!
Casa De Los Cuadros in Villaluenga del Rosario provides adults-only accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and barbecue facilities. Great to be traveling again! Even better to experience this wonderful Andalusian house, the pretty and real Spanish village, and the fantastic hospitality. What's more, huge comfy beds and a tasty local buffet breakfast. I will be visiting again!
It's a nice village surrounded by the mountains of the "Sierra". But unfortunately there are no restaurants there and not much to do besides relaxing on your stay. Even the cheese museum which is the only tourist attraction from the city, was closed. Maybe it's a good place to stay while exploring the hiking trails nearby. I'd have stayed 1 day instead of 2, and go explore other areas and activities. You also definitely need a car to explore the region. Most nearby city with more to do, and the only we could find restaurants to eat, is Ubrique, 20 min away by car.
