Lovely town with plenty of great bars and restaurants. Lots of history and old buildings and churches. Stunning river views and easy to get around on foot. The museum of Zamora and the castle were informative and free for oldies like us! The local people were so friendly and helpful. We parked on the set down area, which is supposed to be only fifteen minutes waiting, and took the cases in for check in but just left the car there overnight and moved to free space across the street in the morning. The old town of Zamora is walkable and there is no shortage of bars and cafes. Breakfast was buffet style with an option for eggs etc. to order.
