In the winter, this town isn't convenient because of the road conditions from Rovaniemi and there are closer places to stay near the ski hills if that's what you want. In town, only a handful of restaurants are open and options are limited. There are plenty of supermarkets to get groceries though so you have other food options available. In summer, it feels like it would be a great small town to go explore Lapland when more things are open.Guest review byJoshUnited States

There were a beach and some nice places to hike nearby, overall the setting was idyllic and very beautiful. The apartment was quite spacious with comfortable beds and reasonably fast internet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything feeling fresh and modern. It was nice that all the interiors and facilities seemed new, even though the building itself is older.
