Easy and short ride from the airport. The reception staff are excellent! Our room was huge. Nice kitchen, even had coffee and teas. The bed was very comfy and huge bathroom. We were just above the pool, so lots of noise during the day, which is to be expected. If I stayed again I would ask for a room away from the pool. Nice cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. The location was perfect for port activities and many restaurants to choose from.

The staff are SO friendly! We had an amazing few days at this resort, greeted with “Bula!” everywhere we went. There are so many kids’ activities (literally every half hour there is a different activity or game, such as fish feeding at the beach, coconut bowling, cupcake decorating, tug of war, etc) and our kids had a great time. There is also a babysitting service/kids club but we didn’t use it. Separate from the main/family pools is an adults-only pool and jacuzzi area which was beautiful and relaxing. The 2-bedroom suite was actually bigger and better than we expected. There is a door from the outside to a small hallway, then two doors into the 2 separate rooms (which you can prop open). One of the rooms was a nice King bed and bathroom with mini fridge, sitting area and smaller balcony, and the other was a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, desk, living room/dining room, large balcony plus a separate bedroom with a King bed, so our two kids got their own spaces. The couch made into a large and comfortable bed. There are 5-6 restaurants on the premises plus a few special dining options. I recommend making reservations for dinner when you arrive, since some of the restaurants are smaller. There was live music every night and entertainment most evenings. Overall we had an amazing stay at this resort!

The best thing about staying here was the lovely staff. Everybody was always so kind and so friendly. I had a small twin room, which satisfied my needs. The bed and the linens were exceptionally comfortable! Nice bath towels. The shower doesn’t have a door or a curtain to keep the whole bathroom from getting wet, but I was fine with that. The larger rooms have shower doors. The room also has a big TV with Netflix, and there were lots of little things like a bathroom scale and room slippers. Breakfast was excellent and they changed it up on my second morning. I’d happily stay here again.
