I can’t say enough kind words about our stay at the Hibiscus Suites. Lyn and her staff were so helpful, allowing us to check in early and answering any inquiries we had. The rooms are beautiful and modern with all the conveniences of home. It is easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The coustomer service team and the restaurant food is amazing and the rooms come with a great view if you have booked the ones that is in the delux category.     I could see the indian culture and roots. Overall Fiji is excellent destination but due to wrong resort selected my whole vacation got spoiled. You must check the review before selecting property. Non the less Fiji is slightly expensive but all the tourist destinations are always.

    We were only there for a day and a half.

    We were only there for a day and a half. Downtown was like anywhere else. Nothing special to see. The shops and restaurants around where we stayed were really good. Attended Life Church on the Sunday morning and it was brilliant.

    Nadi is not the nicest town and one would be ill advised to...

    Nadi is not the nicest town and one would be ill advised to stay there. It is however a transport hub for buses and some shops. There is plenty of good accommodation atound Nadi Airport, Wailoaloa beach and Denarau.

    There is a nice atmosphere, not too hectic.

    There is a nice atmosphere, not too hectic. There are plenty of places to see nearby. It's a good base for travel further afield. There are some great restaurants and just simple places with nice atmosphere, people are always friendly and helpful. Taxis we used were cheap and safe. Just remember your "Bula" and "Vinaka" and, like anywhere in Fiji, the niceness pours upon you.

    Near airport is the major reason for being here.

    Near airport is the major reason for being here. Denerau is the draw card for most tourists staying in the area. Public busses good but won't get you everywhere. Not that much of a tourist attraction in itself. More a staging point. People friendly and helpful.

    Nadi is quite like a normal city.

    Nadi is quite like a normal city. Everything which was worth a visit was expensive . I feel island hopping is the best way to travel around fiji. Suva was another city we visited, again nothing special about it. Best to keep itinerary restricted to islands but it’s expensive as hell.

    this is a well-positioned hotel for arrivals/departures from Fiji, as it is close to the airport (walking disatance, although there is also a free and frequent shuttle). The staff are very helpful/friendly and the facilities are nice. Dinner and breakfast were good and prices reasonable. There is a pool with a slide, much appreciated by our kids. Rooms are basic but spacious and clean. There is an option of early breakfast, very suitable for early shuttle departures for the Yasawa islands.

    We choose this one above backpackers hostel to have more privacy. You can take taxi ( 5fjd) or bus (1.5fjd pp) from Nadi. Is fully contained 1 bedroom suit with AC , yessss. The older indian( born fiji) couple are nice to chat. Place is clean enough and private. We rent motorbike and park it behind fence for overnight.. You need to bring your food ( fridge gas stove and microwave is in suit) or you can buy some out in town up to 10fjd curries or fried food.

    One of the highlights of my experience was the rooftop bar. The panoramic views of the surrounding area was great, especially during sunset. The attentive staff made sure that I had everything I needed. In terms of location, Nalagi Hotel is conveniently located close to Nadi Town and a short distance from the Airport. There is a seafood reastauarant downstairs ( i cant tell if its part of the hotel or not), but the food there was excellent.

    This was quite a good apartment with fairly new bathrooms and kitchen. Very good value for the price. It was a perfectly fine place to start or finish your holiday in Fiji near Nadi airport. It has a small but good little pool there too.
