Amélie is an exceptionally polite host who speaks good English. She is friendly yet not suffocating. The washroom was new and spotless. The staff cleaned the room like in a much more expensive hotel. As other guests already commented, the breakfast was marvelous. The town where the hotel is located has a beautiful old quarter and some impressive ruins of an abbey. We especially loved sitting in the courtyard in the evenings. Communication was smooth and Mme Sylvia was very friendly (so were the neighbors :)).
