We enjoyed a short stay at this newly renovated apartment. It was immaculately clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated. The beds and linens were also very clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was equipped with new appliances, adding to the convenience. Great shower pressure and stable water temperature. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, facilitated by a new, efficient key box for collecting and returning the keys. Although we didn't meet the host in person, she was friendly and made sure the apartment was well-prepared for our stay. Efficient communication in English through Booking messages. While Yvetot has limited accommodation options, this apartment will definitely be our top choice should we return.

It's a very cosy apartment with a nice balcony, comfortable beds and all needed facilities. The grocery and local bakery are pretty close. I'd recommed it to go to Rouen, Etretat, Honfluer.

When we came to the place, we have called host on the phone and we had the keys in minutes. The apartment is in the block of 4 similar appartments, newly built. It was clean, bit small, but ok. It has small kitchenette, so no problem to make a food for yourself. It also has a small terrace to sit outside. The apartment located not far from the Sienne river, you may have a very nice walk by. You may cross the Sienne also by the ferry nearby.
