Love at first sight when we entered the porch with our car. A great panoramic view on the Saone valley with its wineyards, with the mountains (Mont Blanc) in the background. The large garden area contained a swimming pool, various places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The barn house was completely renovated into a modern comfortable house, with beautifully decorated rooms, mixing modern design with antique. We imagined the small library and its open fire place would be great in winter evenings. Breakfast was absolutely great, in a tasteful design kitchen with elements of antique and view to the garden. Fresh fruit, home made croissants, creamy yoghurt, excellent expresso-coffee, excellent and friendly serviced on dinner plates that changed every morning. Bed- and bathrooms were also furnished very tasteful. The window of our bedroom gave a nice view on the castle uphill. Hospitality was top, we felt very welcome and taken care off.

Every minute we had was wonderful, the house is spacious and clean, the room was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The location is excellent with a lot of facilities nearby. The host Mary did everything she could to be helpful, she is very special woman, i enjoyed all the conversations we had. 💯 recommended
