simple, clean, comfortable and quiet --- I loved the various common-area nooks and cranies where people could child out, read, etc. Spacious, functional and clean bathroom. Surprisingly good breakfast.

Our stay in Saint Lô was delightful. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and promptly attended to all our needs, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in. Very accommodating and wonderful location but what makes it truly special is the manager Sebastian who treats all his guests like family and makes me want to comeback again. It is rare to have these feelings in current days but we do. Thanks to all but especially Sebastian.

Plenty of room and a nice big window that opens and helps with air circulation. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Staying in "Ancien hôtel aux moines Pierrefitte St Lo" was one of the best our experiences in France. There are cute dogs (Russels) and finally, there are elite horses, winners of tournaments. Not to mention you are staying in a house which is almost 1000 years old and has a rich history of being church and abbey. The hosts are wonderful people who love what they do and most important, they love people. We had a wonderful evening with talking and tasting local things. Sadly, we had only one day there.
