parking was great. The breakfast and restaurant were good. It was a nice surprise that the hotel is part of a shopping mall, so I got some shopping done at the Carrefour.

Location to local bars and restaurants was fantastic. Hotel was very clean and had a refurb since our last visit. Only issue was water flooded under shower door. Nothing we could do. Made mat etc very wet.

What a fantastic hotel. Great location right on the beach and a stone’s throw away from the aquarium. Room was compact, clean and modern. We had a tiny balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and harbor. Very comfortable beds and a large shower. Everything is new and in great shape. The room had a small fridge, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer and air conditioning (which we didn’t use because the room was cool enough). The breakfast was amazing! Bacon, eggs & baked beans (hot) and a great selection of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, breads, pastries, fruit juices, hot drinks & fruit. The staff are friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    The aquarium, cathedral and old city wall’s walk were all very well worth doing. We enjoyed them all. We also enjoyed wandering through the fish markets. We walked everywhere, which was easy enough. We had very easy access to lots of good options of places to eat, from where we were, with many right on our doorstep.

    Great beach with lots for children to do....bouncy castle, trampoline, beach games and a park all free of charge. Lots of statues and historical sights to visit, and a good bustling town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. The walk down to the beach along the harbour wall is lovely.

    Pleasantly surprised by this beautiful town, especially the upper town area with its basilica, war memorial and beautiful architecture. The city was clean and welcoming with a good choice of restaurants and easy to walk around town. The waterfront was abuzz with visitors and locals alike. Plenty of free on-street parking too.

    Beautiful town of historical interest, although very hilly. Restaurant of varying quality, never expected to have to check reviews before booking in France. Some restaurants had really poor food and service. Beach fabulous as was Nausicàa . Definitely worth a visit.

    The Nausicaa oceanarium is the reason why we stopped at the city during our road trip, and it is totally worth it. We didn't have time to examine the city itself, but it has a large old city wall that we saw during our evening walk, and it seems that it is really worth spending time there.

    What a lovely place to visit.

    What a lovely place to visit. Very hearty food, not too expensive and lovely people. Make sure you have enough French to get by or just use translator on your phone when asking for the trickier things. Driving was easy. The Cathedral is spectacular and all everything is very well kept. Le Touquet is just a short drive down the A road if you fancy it - lovely sandy beach.

    We really liked this hotel for a one night stop over. The view from the room, looking down into Boulogne and to the left of the Cathedral was lovely and a super start to our holiday. The inclusive breakfast was good, varied and plentiful and the ceiling in the breakfast room was beautifully painted with a classical scene. There was free parking across from the hotel and also a large car park further round. There were several restaurants to choose from in the old town under the arch by the Cathedral.

    The room was good value, took pets and was fairly close to the old town. We couldn't get a space in the car park but we got a space across the road and it was free parking. The bed was pretty comfortable and it wasn't too noisy although the hotel was quite full. The shower was big and good power and plenty of hot water. Although it was basic it was clean. It had a hairdryer which was useful.

    Perfect location to explore Boulonge sur Mer which has a great deal to be proud of. The flat was clean and modern with everyth8ng you would need to cook a meal and watch a film on the smart TV Good Wi-Fi and great facilities. Even got a whole weekend free parking right outside the front door.
