The host had given us directions to access the keys and told us where to park. The newly redone apartment was well furnished and comfortable and in a good location, in the village center near the museum, the post office, and visitors' center. Everyone we met was kind and helpful. The place was clean and modern, had everything we needed.

In a quiet town. The host offers breakfast and dinner as extra just for those staying. There was a place to keep our bikes and the other family there was also travelling by bike. The room was simple but adequate. Note, there are few places to stay along the canal for bike travelers and few places to eat or buy food for 10 to 20 miles in either direction so having breakfast and dinner was helpful.

The Chateau d'Adomenil was an amazing place to stay. The buildings are historic and well maintained. The staff was extra attentive to our needs and the food exceptional.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The hotel photos and its own website represent its situation well. A perfect midway location between Paris and Munich, Bern and Brussels. Many tourist sites within a short driving distance. Nancy and Vosges Mountains are very close. The hotel is located at the outskirts of a small town. There are three restaurants and a quite large supermarket (Lidl) just across the road. There are also in-house dinning possibilities. We just took a breakfast, which was very plentiful and diverse in comparison to the traditional French breakfast. There is a motorway nearby, but we did not hear any noise inside. The restaurant connects to a garden outside. The hotel is not big, but it has a very generous parking space. The rooms and common areas are designed in an unassuming, yet calming way. All areas were clean. The heating was sufficient (the weather was getting rather cold and wet). The staff was in general friendly, but the older gentleman in the reception (owner?) exceeded all expectations. While we communicated mostly in French, he also spoke excellent English. He was very cordial and helpful to the point of bringing some complementary snacks due to inconvenient time of our arrival and offering to reserve a table in a nearby restaurant. It felt like making a family visit. Merci de votre accueil chaleureux !

Ioved everything about Les Pages. Good value, very clean, friendly staff and the beds were so comfortable. And so close to the chateau I could see it between the trees. Would definitely stay here every time

The room was quiet, facing the backyard. The metal blinds were very helpful too. Parking a little cramped but, somehow maneuverable. Very helpful staff. Tasty brunch breakfast. Kettle with tea/coffee was welcomed after driving for several hours.
