Lovely town and area with lots to explore by foot, bike or car. Not sure on the public transport links as we drove. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Friendly people. Perfect for our family (with 2 boys aged 13 and 16)

I travel a lot and I can say hands-down Capbreton and Hossagor, 3 km away, have become some of my all-time favorite places I’ve ever been! I highly recommend renting bikes from Ted’s surf school. The bike paths around town are really well laid out. Cruising around the marinas, the beaches, and all the incredible little streets were a complete highlight of my trip! Beautiful beaches, a level promenade and a fantastic choice and variety of eating places. Capbreton is very clean and ideal for families. There is a huge variety of restaurants to choose from which are open all day on the sea front.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped for our one week stay. We found the location great for exploring Capbreton, Hossegor and the surrounding area, thanks to the adjacent walking/cycling path, the secure parking and the bike racks outside the apartment building.
