All the little extras- toiletries, slippers, tea, coffee, milk provided. Location was excellent right beside the castle. Very safe location. Hot tub was a treat & we also used the outside grill for a BBQ. Really clean & new property which was very tastefully decorated.

This hotel has the best location in the historical city of Carcassonne. You can easily visit all the highlights nearby by foot. Staying in this hotel is like staying in a museum. Everything is authentic and is in a surprising good shape considering how old the building is. The staff was super friendly. We loved the swimming pool and breakfast.

The home shows beautifully. There are many areas to relax in and a very well equpped kitchen and dining under the wisteria is magical. The beds were comfortable and sheets of high quality-robes are a nice touch as we all used them. The location cannot be beat.
