The castle has an amazing history. We received a private guided tour. Staying in a place from the 12th century with a lot of further history is special. Hearing about how the current owners parents spent 60 years restoring the castle. We also loved the paintings done by the current owner's father. We were able to walk around the castle and also walk a 2km loop on paths around the valley. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was nice.

Do not miss an opportunity to stay at this beautifully appointed chambre d’hôtes! Do yourself the favor of meeting Thierry and Laeticia. Under no circumstances will you be disappointed. Their home is truly lovely. The 1920’s room is perfection. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! And the massage. Do not skip the massage from Laeticia. She is pure magic! We will be back for sure. So happy with our decision to stay off the beaten path yet perfectly positioned between Albi and Cordes-sur-ciel!
