Great place to stay. The owners stepped up to help us as we were in another place in nearby Damprichard that was absolutely horrible! We were warmly welcomed in their property saving us from 2 more miserable nights in the other place. Thank you!

Super friendly host - very considerate and kind. Great view and nice yard. It was a perfect place to visit with our dog (fenced yard). The location is great. While there's not much in town (but there IS cheese just out the back gate), the nearest Supermarket is less than 10 minutes away. The hiking in the area is really wonderful - a very nice network of trails. The place was very clean and well maintained, with everything you need to cook or grill for yourself. The bed was incredibly comfortable. And it was lovely to have roses blooming right outside the bedroom window.

Adorable hotel nestled in a lovely spot framed by pastures, forest and a charming pond. Our room was a comfy accommodation , very pleasant , and had a small terrace with a view over the natural cenario. Bathroom with a good shower. Dinner at the Bistrot ( one of the 2 restaurants on site) was excellent and the menu very tempting. Unfortunately the one-starred Michelin on-site wouldn’t open till Thursday. Gastronomic restaurants usually are closed from Monday till Thursday.

Set in a small village in the Doubs valley, a few minutes away from Switzerland, Hôtel Restaurant Taillard is the perfect place for a peaceful and pleasant stay.
