The landlady was absolutely lovely, made us feel very welcome straight away. She lite the log burner for us, got out glasses and cutlery for food and drink purchased at the supermarket which she had recommended. Secure parking was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again!

Rooms were well laid out and decorated nicely. Breakfast was very nice and the space where it was served is beautiful. Bathrooms are well appointed. The garden / grounds are exceptionally laid out and worthy of an exploration.
