We stayed at B+B, Arras last year and liked it so much that we stayed for two nights this time and did a bit more exploring. The rooms are not particularly big but you only sleep and shower in them so they are fine for us; the bed sheets and towels were clean and the room was quiet overnight. The location is just off the ring road so it's easy to find and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the staff were friendly and helpful especially the Manager and there was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast.

Elevators provided easy access to other levels especially when travelling with luggage. It was located close enough to the train station as well as the town center! They had free luggage storage which was perfect as we got in before check in and were able to roam around without our heavy bags.

When we arrived at 0100 after a long day of travel, the check-in staff member was so kind and helpful! The room had enough room for my kids and myself with the beds ready for rest. In the morning, we enjoyed a quick and delicious breakfast before getting back on the road. It was altogether a pleasant stay.

Beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels available. We also liked the toiletries. Breakfast was very good. Check-in was on Saturday, check-out on Sunday, and there was free parking available right at the back of the hotel. Staff was very nice, quick and smooth check-in and check-out experience. We would choose this hotel again if it has good rates.

Great location, good breakfast and helpful staff, have stayed here a few times before and will certainly return, 2nd time at the hotel for the Xmas market In Arras which is great and handy for road routes from Uk and Italy for our road trips

    An excellent large Grand Gite stylish Property in a prestigious location in Dainville just outside of Arras. Host and I got on famously despite my embarrassingly obvious lack French. Very kind & helpful and a complimentary coffee fresh breads etc as I didn't have and small euro notes.
