the bed was so comfortable! the hot shower was powerful and felt so good after a long day of travel. the coffee and brioche basket were a welcome treat. we stayed on the third floor. the stairs to climb were a good way to stretch your legs. there was a cozy spot for parking. we enjoyed the historical building and the staff were very friendly.

Getting recognized at the reception desk a year after your last visit is a really positive experience. There is not much else to say that I didn't write before. Good location, good breakfast, the hotel is part of an all-you-can eat sushi restaurant if you'd like to indulge, so that's definitely a plus.

    Bus 60 (formaly known as "F") and 61 will take you back/...

    Bus 60 (formaly known as "F") and 61 will take you back/forth to Geneva and Palias des Nations within 10-15 minutes, and to Cornavin train station in about 20 minutes (obviously also depends on the traffic). Bus 66 connect to Geneva airport (Swiss side) in less than 10 minutes

    Ferney-Voltaire's value lies mainly in the fact that it is...

    Ferney-Voltaire's value lies mainly in the fact that it is linked to expensive Geneva: busses go between the two and you can walk across the border. However, the little town also offers excellent bakeries, supermarkets, green spaces and parking. Importantly, there is also easy and regular transport to Geneva airport, though make sure you know how to get to the Swiss side or the French side for departing flights. For solo foot travellers it is a valuable alternative to access Geneva without a car.

    Nice location. Quiet at night. Staff were nice. Room was clean and very functional. Breakfast was also great with really good selection. If you rent a car, the parking was suitable. Very nice surroundings and very convenient to go to the city.

    Just another cheaper alternative for Geneve on the French side. It's rather suitable to those, who need the airport, for all the rest you better choose Annemasse, which is connected much better with Geneve and has more to provide on its own either.

    Currently the area feels like a building site (June 2023). It’s is very dusty at times and the pavement on the walk to the hotel was full of rubble, which wasn’t easy to navigate through with a suitcase on wheels. There is a lot of building work going on just outside the centre of town and it can be noisy for hotel guests

    A great option for a short- or long-term stay close to Geneva! The staff were all so helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. My husband and I stayed for two weeks and appreciated the shared kitchen where we could prepare meals, as well as the kitchenette in the room itself. The hotel has a great location close to Ferney town center, close to Geneva (less than 10 minute walk to 60, 61, 66 bus lines) and the airport. We loved the modern feel, and the staff truly made our stay special.

    Extremely close to Geneva Airport just 10 minutes across the border to France. Border with Switzerland about 3-4 minutes away. Nice mountainous scenery surrounding the hotel. Supermarkets nearby, and lots of food options. The staff at reception were really helpful - in particular Parvez who helped us check-in at the middle of the night. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were satisfactory for one night - bathrooms were clean. Overall a pretty good stay.

    The hotel was quite unusual, motel-style. The room had direct access to the outside. This was very convenient, as the car was parked nearby, so carrying luggage was easy. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, though not a large selection, but everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very helpful, and special thanks to Ibrahim, who was very kind and helpful.
