We had an amazing stay in this fabulous place. We had an amazing cottage in a tranquil location with an idyllic view over the French countryside… and it was dog-friendly, too. We didn’t do too much sightseeing, but largely just chilled, played disc golf, and just enjoyed staying in. We loved visiting Loches and Montrésor. We’d love to come back again.

The apartment is pretty and traditional but with modern comforts. Great bed, large well-appointed bathroom and kitchen. The enclosed garden was so welcome, for both us and our dog, after 2 days in the car. This will be our stopover of choice travelling to and from Caen !

This place is a gem! Jeff, our host was extremely accommodating! We arrived before check in time. Decided to sit at a table and chairs and enjoy our picnic! Jeff noticed we were there and was so kind to bring us some real wineglasses and a cutting board! The history of this place is so very interesting! Self guided tour was a lot of fun! Beautiful property! We even enjoyed a BIG storm from the safety of our room. We asked for a recommendation for dinner! Jeff suggested and made us reservations at a great local family owned restaurant! The food was truly amazing. Husband and wife team! Each morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast!!
