I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional team. From the warm welcome by the staff outside the doors to the efficient reception and helpful concierge, which were at my service almost 24hr and always supported with any request, every interaction was pleasant. The frequent shuttle service to the city center was a huge plus, making it easy to explore. I also appreciated the convenience of having a ski rental store within the hotel and the seamless service to the sister hotel, which provided direct access to the ski entrance. The sauna was great

Rented the chalet for a long ski weekend with a group of friends. Fantastic house with lots of space, most basics provided, convenient kitchen, parking space, short walk to the center, and the amazing and cozy fireplace! The host (managed by a professional agency) was very responsive and helpful via Whatsapp. The arrival instructions were clear and we had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and comfortably housed 10 of us. Would 100% recommend and happy to come back! One note to be aware: there is a safety deposit required before check-in, which can be processed as a hold on a debit card through a third party website

From the superb location to the delicious evening meal, plus friendliness and sympathy of the couple who owns the hotel, the coziness of the room overlooking the forest ( but if you choose you can also pick one of those with the amazing view of the valley and mountain range) , the furniture overall (which you can guess every detail has been chosen tasteful and carefully) , the soft touch of the bed linen…there’s even a special room for little ones with books and entertainment toys. Last but not least, it’s ski-in ski Out in winter!
