The AC unit in my room did not work.
The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air. The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store. The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.Guest review byJonUnited States

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and attentive to every need. We loved our suite with 2 rooms and pull out sleeper sofa. The restaurant and bar onsite were great and affordable. The RER A line is around the corner so a quick 15 minute train into Paris centre.
