One has to be impressed with the way the owners have taken an old chateau and turned it into a holiday venue. It has all the facilities you need with a great breakfast thrown in. The location of the hotel is ideal - just at the entrance to Givet, with a huge shopping mall nearby, McDonalds, and pharmacy. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable for one night stay. The hotel owners were very welcoming. I would describe the accommodation as basic but our room did have an en-suite bathroom with decent shower and water pressure.
