Excellent location near the key places in Haguenau - stores, the train station, supermarket, restaurants and key sights are all a short walk away, but the property is still quiet so you can sleep well at night and not be bothered by noise during the day. The apartment is very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped. Laetitia was a great host, friendly and accommodating.

We liked the hotel very much; the breakfast had to be collected in the foyer, however, and taken to the room, so there were limitations. Under the circumstances however the hotel staff did a great job. The evening snack (soup) was excellent, although the bread wasn't so fresh...

Our accommodation was good , the apartment was big and the area quite and close to the city . Family apartment , the heating system was turned on all day and the kitchen was well organised. We had good time , i recommend for someone who wants to visit Haguenau or Strasbourg

We arrived to find that we were the only ones in the hotel, which seemed a little strange but the guy explained that it was holiday season and everyone leaves at that time.. But the rooms were great, good a/c, nice enough breakfast, close to town (5 mins by car)

When we first arrived at the hotel the receptionist was especially attentive and helpful answering all of our questions and requirements. She even recommended and booked our evening dinner which was superb. she couldn’t have been any more helpful.

The hotel is situated in a quiet place near the forest so I had a possibility to take a nice walk. We had a pleasute to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant with the traditional French cousine. Dinner and breakfest were really fantastic!

We had a night on the way to our destination which was fine but we were put in bottom of hotel on the way back which was supposed to be no smoking the whole of the ground floor smelt of smoke very disappointing

I arrived very late after business hours and it was not problem to let me in . The lady was very nice and friendly . Very nice area of hotel . Recommend it in 100%

The hotel was what I'd come to expect from Ibis hotels and was absolutely fine for my needs as I only stayed one night. No frills but great value.
