the employees and the owner are so nice and welcoming!
It is very nice resorts for skiing with kids. Everywhere there are blue runs. Large part of the resort is over 2000m so the snow is good. It's easy to get around La Plagne as there is free shuttle bus which get you to all main attractions. If you travel from Aime it is important to book a taxi well in advance as it is really busy on weekends.

A great resort for blue and red runs. Stunning scenery.
A great resort for blue and red runs. Stunning scenery. Easy to get around the resort and connections to other la plagne resorts from plagne centre.
However the lifts are very busy in the morning and evening to get to and from each resort and the mountain restaurants are very expensive. Expect to pay EUR18 for a meal and drink at lunch!
Great location with easy access to a blue slope.
Free parking in front of the hotel.
Very comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen, has all the appliances for cooking (except an oven). We stayed in 1-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a couple - spacious, separate shower and toilet, two sofas in the living room, a bed and a garderobe in the bedroom.
We appreciated a good heating system that allowed to adjust the temperature in the rooms how we wished.
Plenty of choice at the buffet meals, and the restaurant and bar both have excellent panoramic views to the surrounding mountains (including Mont Blanc). The hotel benefits from having a Skiset ski hire shop in the basement, and lockers right next door to store your kit. From the lockers you can exit directly onto the piste leading down to the Begerie and Boulevard lift: you couldn't get a better "ski-in ski-out location" really.
The staff were all so helpful and couldn’t be more helpful: on our first night the hotel restaurant was full, but they suggested a few alternatives and rang up on our behalf to reserve a table; we booked our lift passes in advance and the hotel collected them from the ticket office.
The food in the restaurant when we did eat there was fantastic!
the view from the hot tub is unreal!
the apartment is really spacious with direct access to the slopes. Having the large skilocker in the apartment is a big plus as well. It's just a 15 mns walk to La Plagne Centre where there are many restaurants and shops. The manager at the reception was very responsive and helpful with our question.
