We highly recommend Maison 1896! Our stay was amazing from the first encounter at the desk with Alexia , to Mark our bellman , to the wait staff at breakfast and dinner. Our room was well appointed, the night service was a nice surprise.

This place was the perfect ending to my road trip. The location amidst lush green vineyards was breathtaking. The authentic French decor and the host's own paintings added a special touch, while the hosts themselves were incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a one night stay in burgundy! Little luxuries not typically found in France: Aircon and a very large bed! wifi, kitchenette, perfectly clean, recently renovated, quiet, easy parking on street, kind host, and best part both milk and homemade jams of 4 different types of fruit!

Very nice hosts who were able to adapt to our constraints. Beautiful and peaceful location but not on the main road. beautiful view. Excellent meals prepared by the host. Weather was cold but the host lighted up our fireplace.

The hosts, Raphael and Chelsey, were super friendly and warm-hearted and we could get basically anything we could ask. My wife was sick and Chelsey was kind enough to bring her medicine(She felt so much better next day, Thank you Chelsey!) Considering the price, the room was what we could get in terms of size but the renovation was well done so the interior was excellent including the bathroom. The amenities were all L’Occitane and there was pretty much nothing to complain about. We really liked staying here and even decided to stay for one more night and cancel the one in Lyon (best decision ever!). I would definitely come back here once again. We look forward to see you guys very soon and have wine tasting if we ever get a chance to do it.
