Montignac is a pretty small town with a good range of resto’s and bars, as well as a small supermarket. It’s very attractive with some preserved buildings from the late medieval period and a wide range from the 17th to 19th century. There’s a canoe hire place in the town too. A gem of a place! Delightful, Medieval small town situated on a river. Canoes available for hire. Quaint shops and walks along the riverbank. Plenty of good eateries and coffee shops. Excellent accommodation centrally located too.Guest review byPhilip

Yes, you need to put the sheets to the bed yourself but so what: that's mentioned and not a big deal.
