Amazing small apartment that was brilliantly designed by owners. Totally private area with 2 sitting areas outside with views over the hills. Our 45th BnB around the world and one of the VERY best for sure. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed: comfort, cupboards, supplies, heaters; etc. The breakfast was beautifully served along with homemade yogurt and breads. Oh! And delicious coffee and juices.

We stayed on our way to catch the ferry home from Caen. It was very easy to find and a stunning property steeped in history. The rooms were fascinating and we felt welcomed by Joseph and Ogen who were friendly and explained the history and restoration of the property which dates from 1260. The rooms that we stayed in had a modern shower bathroom between them and beautifully soft bathrobes and large towels were provided. We requested the evening meal and it was the best food we had eaten on our entire holiday, we were also asked for any dietary requests as well. Creatively prepared leek vinagrette opened the meal, local vegetables and deliciously moist cod for the main course and the meal finished with fresh strawberries and homemade Chantilly cream. They had a fully stocked bar which complemented the meal. It was a truly unique stay and would love to return when the weather would allow us to use the outdoor pool! We had breakfast the next day which consisted of fresh croissants and jam and Ogen also made some divine scrambled eggs with chives.

Nice modern (small) pool & spa facilities. Dinner beautifully cooked and continental style breakfast nicely presented though my wife did have to provide her own gluten free bread, as agreed at time of booking.

Cristian was a terrific host, welcoming our family of four as well as our two small dogs and making us very comfortable. We had a great time in the wonderful pool and also enjoyed dinner a short walk away at a place he recommended. All of our requests were responded to very quickly and satisfactorily. We were so glad that we found this place and look forward to coming back!
