The property is peaceful and serene. the room was large and very comfortable. We had a private bathroom. Our hosts were just wonderful and even helped us with our French a bit.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional – a big thank you to our wonderful host, Julien, who truly made the experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and let’s not forget – funny! The ambiance of the place exceeded all expectations. One of the highlights was sharing both breakfast and dinner with all the guests and Julien at one long table. It created such a warm and friendly atmosphere, making it so easy to meet lovely people from all over. The room was good, nicely decorated, and came with an view over the fields and mountains – both from the room and the garden. It was the perfect peaceful setting to relax and enjoy nature. Dinner each night was a real treat. Julien prepared a delicious 3-course meal that easily matched restaurant quality – it felt like a gourmet experience every evening. The renovation of old house was great. The rural location, big garden, lovely rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Patio off the main bedroom. Host was very helpful. It is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in.

This was our third stay this month. See my previous reviews. Everything was as it should be. Gladys is an exceptional hostess. Her place is very comfortable with lots of thoughtful extra items such as snacks, breads, and ice cubes! It is conveniently near Courpiere, Augerolles, and Aubusson d'Auvergne. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the kitchen. The shower is also very nice and there is a clothes washing machine. We had all we needed. Thank you Gladys!
