Elaine & Hugh were fantastic. We are traveling by bicycle and had a great dinner which is always welcome after a days riding. We also got a lot of play time with Meg the dog. We had some problems with our travel plans come up while at La Vieille Distillerie and Elaine went well above and beyond to help us sort out our problems.

The hotel is in a good, quiet location in a picturesque own with a lovely garden where meals can be served in summer months. The restaurant was well-patronised and the meal really delicious and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Upper floors accessible by lift - very handy and helpful when you have luggage.

It was clean and simple. The breakfast was croissant, bread, yogurt, cereal- again, simple but very good. The proprietor was excellent! So friendly and attentive.

Great value on our route through France to Spain. The village was about 20 mins walk away. Loved the evening meal including wine. Mainly for truckers but that was fine by us. Just needed cheap and cheerful and it was.

The owners are wonderful people making you feel right at home after arrival. I had some great conversations with them. The house and the garden are beautiful and the room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was also great with several home made products.

Absolutely charming facility with wonderful amenities! Clean and filled with character. The personnel were extremely friendly and wonderfully accommodating. We were visiting family in the area and felt very lucky to have chosen this space. We booked two of the larger rooms, both with a kitchenette and living room accommodations for our family. The outdoor area had a wonderful setting for coffee and breakfast each morning. Would easily stay again!
