Location was perfect, lovely gardens on the river. We ate outside which was lovely and also in the dining room, filled with decor suggesting the 19th century. The Duchess room is named after the previous owner and is delightful. Our room was decorated with Spanish decors but had a very modern twin shower. Comfortable and luxurious. Excellent breakfast, which could include hot and cold choices , plentiful varied cheese and cold cuts. Fresh strawberries and orange juice. Pastries and fresh bread. The hosts were perfect, friendly helpful and made what was a special place superb
