Florence greeted us and welcomed us warmly into her house. Behind the wall is a beautiful pool, tables, outdoor barbecue, and a container of cool drinks. It was a hot day so this outside space was very appealing. Florence took us up to our cozy little room which featured a beautiful white duvet with 2 square shaped pillows. There was an antique writing desk, armoire, and a bench at the foot of the bed. The bathroom door was barn door style which led to a clean and large bathroom. The shower was very refreshing after a hot day of hiking. Florence takes pride in the cleanliness of the room and it was very much appreciated by us. The bed was very comfortable and we woke refreshed for our next day of hiking. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast of fresh croissants from the patisserie, homemade jams, yogurt, eggs,coffee orange juice and fresh fruit. It was a wonderful start to our day. If we ever returned to this region of France we would definitely stay at this gem of a place.

Villa Angel is a beautiful old grand French house with stunning gardens. It was situated within easy walking distance from restaurants. Fabienne was very friendly and welcoming. She served a superb breakfast with home made jams. We loved her home made French toast!

Outstanding b&b run by a lovely family. We had the simplest room, reasonably priced (53€ for 2, breakfast included, in mid-March). Breakfast was very good and the optional home-cooked pasta dinner was also tasty. Parking in the gated yard. Nice common area for guests, with fresh fruit. Very quiet location. A lot of attention has been paid to decor. Only the wufe, Sylvie, speaks English so non-French communication is a bit awkward when she's not home. A problem with wifi coverage was addressed by immediately moving the router into our room. We loved the place and the people.

We liked having a comfortable nest in a small working farm town isolated from the tourist hubbub yet within easy access. The hosts were friendly and generous, lending us their personal bikes so we could ride along the Midi. The breakfast was delicious and the clean pool was refreshing.

Charming enclosed property located in a small peaceful village. Great for the more quiet base near the busier touristic places. Parking is on the street close the the house. The garden with swimming pools is beautifully landscaped. Our room was on the first floor. it had a comfy bed and was stylishly decorated. The bathroom was in the hall with the direct access from the room. The breakfast was served in the cozy dining room on the ground floor. It was delicious with a good selection of food.Our hostess Virginia was friendly and spoke English.
