I give this a 10 as it is really excellent for the rate. Comfortable no nonsense stay. Can have a breakfast, i am a return customer. Last time the host prepared it for us so we can take it at 6 am. All was there. Location is excellent just outside downtown walking distance for shopping. Parking also available. We must arrange the bed sheets ourselves here. That's totally OK. I will return.

I liked the friendlyness of the hosts, and the food, which was very good. Also the nice decoration in the restaurant. Guesthouse seems to be mostly frequented by hikers, and it has a bit an atmosphere of a hostel.
