Needed an overnight on our return from the Loire Valley to the coast, so we had a day available to explore. Saint-Jean-et-Saint-Paul is worth a visit in its own right as a perfectly preserved and unspoiled village. Also on the route over the Millau viaduct and a stone's throw from Roquefort with its exceptional cheese tours.
