I’ve stayed in the area on several occasions and visited...
I’ve stayed in the area on several occasions and visited Micropolis with my family several years ago. It was well worth a visit if you have any interest in insects. I have used the area as a quiet and cheap alternative to the hotels in Millau. My primary interest is in the flora to the East of Millau during May when the hillsides are bedecked with multiple species of orchid. They can be found in some perfusion on the roadside verges. We had problems with one motorcycle and they did everything they could to help us. Rooms were clean, beds were great for me, restaurant good and good to have old fashoned strong brewed coffee at breakfast.
