Extremely friendly staff (Aaron and his girlfriend). They are lovely people and we really enjoyed their support, advice. The property is tranquil and on the edge of the lovely quiet little town of Couches, just a 5 min walk into town. Also perfectly located for visiting all the Burgundy wineries and Beaune. Large rooms, with modern excellent shower and bathroom and toilet. Breakfasts were lovely with Croissants, beautiful jams, Crepes, and Eggs.

Property is absolutely stunning in a beautiful remote location in Burgundy region. The room was massive and the bathroom - especially the shower was spectacular. Helen gave us an excellent dinner restaurant recommendation and provided and served a lovely breakfast with very fresh croissants Thank you for having us! Highly recommended stay

A very nice stay, great location next to the train station and old town. The amenities were amazing, and the room was comfortable!

We just liked everything: the old medeaval building , the extremely friendly welcome by the hostess Veronique and the litlle quiet village so close to nature and Beaune. We will definately return !!

Loved being at the Hotel de la Halle in the centre of the old village with the church bells ringing and the local restaurants and cobble stone streets. Patrice and Jennifer are amazing hosts and Patrice makes the most delicious croissants for breakfast! We had a lovely stay here in Nolay on our 30th anniversary cycling trip in Burgundy.
