Lovely chateau with pool and air conditioning. We stayed in the tower suite which was lovely. Many small stairs to climb to the top so large luggage would be a problem. The bathroom is on the 3rd floor and the bedroom on the 4th floor. The grounds are beautiful for those looking for a country experience. Having stayed in Nante which was too contemporary for our taste on our return we wanted something more French antiquity. The airport is 10 minutes by car and an excellent restaurant is 2 min by car. They have a tiny room with small couch and very short ceiling to use for all the rooms. Also a dining room with a fridge and stove for those wanting to use. The breakfast was in a lovely room with many choices (all cold) such as cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, croissant and crepe. My only critic is I would have like to see a lounge area for guests to relax inside that was larger. The owner has a wonderful wine cellar that one can buy from to enjoy during your stay. Definitely recommend.

I'm surprised this hotel doesn't have higher reviews because I had a very nice stay. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Location is in a quiet area close to the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Stayed on a cold day, and the room was nice and warm. Wifi worked well. Free parking. No complaints!

We were welcomed by Maréme who was very warm, friendly and helpful. She offered us coffee while we waited for the room. The Haribo sweets are plentiful throughout the reception which is a fun addition. The hotel is very new and modern. Location is good, close to the river and the key sites to explore.

Very accomodating hosts; very clean and comfortable accomodations. Hosts provided good local information re restaurants, grocery, etc. Easy walk thru Le Pellerin from lodging location. Our room (the "Captain's Room") was large with views overlooking the Loire River and the local ferry port. Fun to watch. Locally made soap was included with toiletries. Covered bicycle parking provided in gated courtyard.
