A typical, ski village with good amenities. Good restaurants and bars. A good bus service to take you to the slopes, but could do to be more frequent in a morning . Just the right amount of shops supermarket, bakers and butchers. A good lift station to get you into the mountains quickly and in comfort.
This is such a good resort to ski in, and then to access other places in the 3 valleys. The new lift system has made it much quicker to get to Meribel, Les Menuires and VT. Lots of fab restaurants...especially La Montagnard. This is our third visit to St Martin, and we will definitely be back again in the future.
Small resort with access to huge three valleys ski area. Good place to stay if you don't like crowds, queues and commercialism. Traditional restaurants, bars and local food shops based around the old church. The village is growing though with new apartments being built around the Gondola station but they are pretty enough not to spoil the views. Not the place for you if you like lots of nightlife and après ski activity.
Despite great skiing and some really good restaurants, St Martin is a very quiet village even during peak times. The town feels more of a local spot than tourist and therefore there’s very little apres-ski or evening activities.
Stayed here for a 30th birthday, the property was incredible , extremely comfy, very clean and spacious. Well equipped with amazing views. Absolutely nothing to complain about was all perfect and had the best time.
Excellent hotel and superb restaurant ( 3 stars Michelin ) . The staff are very friendly and the 2 chefs ( Father and Son ) are excellent and very approachable .
Half board at the Hotel. Breakfast choice was good, although slightly chaotic as some tables were too close to the self service area.
Amazing view Amazing pizza at the hotel supermarket All very practical
