The location is spectacular, right at the river and surrounded by a nature reserve. Very quiet environment. The owner was super friendly and gave me a little tour. They are building very nice guest rooms and apartments in the old water mill. The building is ancient and very charmingly dated, but the guest rooms are very comfortable and modern.

The breakfast was lovely. Good food and nice conversation with other travelers! Many of the fellow travelers were walkers on the spiritual trails. Owners are very charming ,helpful and interesting people! The old barn conversion to the lodge was well done. The history of the building was very interesting. Cheese making business is no longer .The village is a small quiet country spot so Prepare to find a dinner meal before you arrive.
