This is a lovely old home dating back to around 1650s. Our smiling hostess, Françoise, met the three of us at the door and seemed to be genuinely pleased that we would be staying in her home that evening. After a tour of her lovely gardens, she showed us our rooms which were the entire 3rd floor of the house. Our rooms were immaculately clean and appointed with upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, fresh crisp linens on comfortable beds. We had access to a small kitchenette on our floor. While the rooms were not en suite, we had access to a very large bathroom with an adjacent toilet room both also among the rooms we had for the evening. The next morning began with a fresh continental breakfast which included juice, coffee, tea, croissant bread, jams, and wonderful butter. Our hostess made reservations for us at a stone’s throw away couscous restaurant. The food there was very good and dessert was also available. We chose this venue because it was close to Etretat and was a nice starting place for our trip along the coast to visit the landing beaches.

Set in beautiful grounds, we were greeted by our very welcoming host. It had a Country House party feel to it and the manor itself is stunning, with very beautifully sympathetic furnishings and style. Everything about the place was superb, especially the service by the owners and staff. They asked us to treat the place like home. We certainly felt that way.

Lovely authentic experience in a farm. Enjoyed walking around visiting the farm and interacting with the hosts. We had a very warm welcome and particularly enjoyed our breakfast experience with the hosts (fresh crepes made with cow milk from the farm)
