The hosts are kind and happy to help with any request. Our bathroom was new and spacious, with an unexpectedly wonderful overhead rain shower. The table d’hôte is absolutely marvelous, especially in the setting of the garden. The whole dinner and breakfast were very memorable, but for me the cheeses - their variety and Stephan’s knowledge of them - were the standout. Could not recommend La Cimentelle more highly for a stay in the Burgundy countryside.

Lovely room and property, very relaxing and well equipped.. Our host and her staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and brought to our room on a tray, table in the room with linen cloth , napkins and silverware was top notch. The view of the pasture with prize horses was also enchanting.

If you enjoy local, cozy, unique experiences - La Maison des Corporations is the place for you. Our stay exceeded our expectations, from the quality of the rooms, to the decor, to the breakfast. For location, Noyers is such a charming village (truly out of a fairytale book) and is perfect if you want a home base for exploring the Burgundy region. Gills will give you the best recs for castles to visit, wines to try, restaurants to go to. Lastly, the breakfast was 10/10. I'd stay again just for the breakfast - variety of fresh, local cheeses; yogurt made from the monks of a local abbey; cured meat that Gills finished curing in his drying room; don't even get me started about the pastries.... You can tell Gills & his wife put their heart & souls into this historic haven and it shows in every detail - thank you for the amazing stay! We hope to be back!

A wonderful stay in a gorgeous priory. The hosts, and former owners have both taken time to restore the buildings with an eye to preserving history while offering modern day comfort and conveniences. The welcome and helpful information from our hosts was warm and helpful and the breakfast was simply "French deliciousness"! A high recommend.

Everything. Our host was terrific, she cooked a fantastic meal for us our second night there. Located on a farm, the atmosphere of this very small village was perfect, and a great location to tour nearby hill villages and sites.
