Chez Michel offers B&B accommodations. The property is pet-friendly and located in Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Rooms have a TV. The host Michel was very friendly and helpful, the room is very large with access to a fully equipped kitchen. The place is very quiet in a pretty village, just 1.5km away from the main road in the valley (but definitely worth it). The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, all in all for a good price. For cyclists, Michel has a separate garage to park our bicycle overnight.
Nice resort, even though we didn't ski there. It is a little bit out of the way, and yet very close to several major ski resorts, 3 Vallées, Paradiski, Val d'isere & Tignes, La Rosiére & La Thuile e t c So for us, perfect!
2nd visit to this wonderful part of France would not hesitate to recommend this ski/snowboard resort to anyone, centrally placed for day trips to more well known ski locations but lack the beauty and serenity of st foy
A brilliant family friendly resort. The resort may be small but it’s perfectly formed. No queues, no button lifts, but great well groomed slopes for all abilities Easy access to off piste runs to try your hand at & more best explored with the aid of a local guide.
This is small friendly resort that is ideal for all level of skiers. Whilst it doesn’t have fast condola style lifts it doesn’t need them. The four chair lifts are adequate for the size of resort. Great pistes and lots of off piste for those that want it. The pistes were very quiet when we were there and apart from school holidays it seems they always are.
I have been skiing for 17 years. I have visited most of the resorts in France, and Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise Station is probably the best which is why we keep coming back. Being a small resort it’s usually quiet with no chairlift queues. And if you want a change of scenery there are 6 other resorts within 30 minutes drive offering another 1000+KM of groomed pistes.
Excellent resort and although limited ski runs some great blue and red runs for intermediate skiers. Beautiful location. Limited restaurants but great food in those we did find. Very limited nigt life so not a resort if you want party apres ski.
Good amount of space, great views of the mountains. Nicely furnished. Helpful staff. Good price. You can order bread and croissants at the front desk!

Jacquie and Jonty were extremely friendly hosts and made sure we didn't want for anything.
