The apartment in Maison Pierre D'Or was in a great location, 10 minute walk into the centre of Sarlat. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and pastries purchased from one of the local boulangeries. Kitchen had all the things we would need, but ended up eating out most of the time. Great place to stay while visiting the Dordogne, very central location. Hosts provided useful tips of places to eat and to visit.

A charming tranquil property set in very spacious gardens. We enjoyed the large pool which has plenty of sun loungers. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a loft room which whilst small is perfectly adequate. Sarlat which is truly amazing is only a 10 min walk away ( uphill on the way back but there is a short cut). Would definitely book this hotel again as is great value for money.

We could not have picked a more ideal spot for our first getaway since the pandemic began! Les Cordeliers is perfectly located just steps away from Sarlat’s Medieval heart of the city. It is elegant yet homey. The hosts are a huge part of the charm; Jeff and Seung-Won are warmly welcoming and attend to your every need and comfort. We can highly recommend Les Cordeliers and I know we will return !

The owners are lovely. They made sure we had everything, explained how the parking worked (look for Place Pasteur to find the hotel) and even went over my list of activities and suggested which ones were not to be missed. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town so walking to restaurants,etc. was very easy. There was a microwave and mini frig in the room.

Very clean hotel and room, that also goes for the breakfast (where, however, the breakfast-room might need some decoration :) Other than that, everything was really good, nice and helpful staff (that didn't try to talk me into costly parking options, for example, but was very helpful pointing out free parking options).

Excellent stay at Le Clos De La Caneda its near the wonderful Medieval Town of Sarlat Le Caneda and for sightseeing to the nearby Beynac , Castlenaud Chappelle & La Roque Gagnea and a drive to Padirac Caves And the stunning Rocamadour. our hosts provided an excellent Breakfast bought to our room every morning

The property is superbly located in the center of the medieval town close to many excellent restaurants. The owners were fabulous, helped us with restaurant reservations, met us at the hotel, and had many suggestions, and had a surprisingly well stocked kitchen for us. The room itself was wonderful.

It is a lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful design and very elegant details. The hotel is conveniently located to the city centre - less than 5 mn walk and 5 min drive from the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in excellent location in middle of Sarlat. Newly renovated with pool. We were upgraded on arrival to room with balcony which was much appreciated and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend.

Brand new modern apartment right in the centre of Sarlat La Caneda. On site parking included, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped self contained apartment. Short walk to market, restaurants and shops.

Very charming small hotel. The building is medieval, recently renovated and refurnished, in the heart of Sarlat. Parking at a reasonable rate in a garage a 5 minute walk away. Friendly and helpful young staff.

Amazing location just outside Sarlat. Beautiful small size hotel with units scattered around the main building and the heated pool. Old stones for the countryside feel, upscale furnitures and decor.
