The location is just out of Periferique ring, If you'll use your car this will be strategic, and it's not bat through public transportation too (5-10 minutes walk to metro, then 30-40 minutes to center). There's no interesting view (all rear windows) but there's a lot of light and as we stayed only for some dinners and for sleeping, it was ok.
