To list a few things: great breakfast, beautiful garden full of pleasant scents of wisteria and pittosporum, very nice room with bathtub, and the last but not least super host Christine. Other things to note: 24/7 accessible fridge and microwave oven, private parking with automatic gate, baby crib and chair, local recommendations, and cute cat :)
