We received a warm welcome from the owners. The room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed a lot the shared kitchen and the available living room / dining room area. Everything was wery clean and tidy. The location of the accomodation is ideal, very close to the center of Volvic and to the source.

Nice modern (small) pool & spa facilities. Dinner beautifully cooked and continental style breakfast nicely presented though my wife did have to provide her own gluten free bread, as agreed at time of booking.

We discovered this hotel travelling from Spain to Germany. I will stay here next time. The receptionist is absolutely lovely, professional and friendly. There are some good restaurants next to the hotel. Satisfaction for the price paid, very positive. The room is basic and clean. Modern style. More than enough for sleeping. Free and secure parking.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, on a pleasant square, next to the cathedral. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. We were not in the restaurant, but went for breakfast. Excellent croissants, otherwise the breakfast was average.
