In general the whole setup was fantastic,we had dinner there aswell and great food. Owner and wife speek several languages (Deutsch,English,French naturally) I can wholly recommend this beautiful place.

Hostellerie Les Griffons was a surprising treat! We stopped overnight on the way to Spain after flying into Paris and weren't after much- just beds and a pet friendly place for our cats. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house and it worked out great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel and great breakfast the next day. The small town was super pretty and scenic. We may have to make a point to come back one day to stay a bit longer.

We liked the big garden where we sat and relaxed. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was very nice and roomy and had a nice extra sitting area with a fireplace. Our hosts, Brigitte and Eric, made us feel right at home and cooked a meal for us. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.
