Great location! We stayed at the B&B because we went to a concert at the Grand Stade de Lille, so it was literally next door! There are some restaurants next to the stadium,so you don't go hungry or lack choice. The room was spacious enough for 2 people,although the bathroom was somewhat small. The shower was a little narrow for my partner,but he is a big guy. Everything was clean,the room was air-conditioned when we arrived,which was a blessing! Breakfast was basic but good. Nice coffee and some fresh fruit were offered alongside omelette,scrabled eggs,toast and cereal. Would definitely recommend for a short stay!

It has a nice sport décoration through out the common area and in some bedrooms. It is a 15’ walk from Lille University which is very easy to do and that’s the reason why I booked this hotel. Buffet breakfast is a classy but with artisans products. Bravo to the team for their hospitality !!! Everyone is truly customer service oriented. The Chef came out his way to prepare vegan plate. There is a little garden and terrace where meals can be taken. I will definitely return to this property.

I don't know why the rating for this hotel is not higher. I really like the hotel. The location is convenient. The room is nice. The bar in the lobby is very lively in the evening with nice lighting, music and people enjoying a good time. The receptionist (I think his name is Radawan?) is very warm and helpful.

It has 'family rooms', basically appartment with a livingroom, and two (or more) bedrooms. This is really comfy if you have smaller kids, as you can leave open the doors. The hotel is located at an industrial park, so ample parking space, metro (to Rijssel/Lille) is within 10 minutes walk. Basic self service breakfast. For late arrivals you can also buy some basic foods from the reception.
