Lovely place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a place to call home whilst you drive around the South of France. Parking directly outside the property & short drives to Nice, Cannes & Monaco. Great place to stay if you’ve got children, there’s access to the residents swimming pool and the club house has a great restaurant. It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet. We like this cosy place by the sea. The bay of the Plage du Centre Nautique and Villineuve Plage is comfortable to swim in and the water is clean. Location was good, close to supermarket and station. Beach was a short walkaway. In reality this is a poor budget hotel, we’ve stayed at better b&b hotels for less. The rooms are small, smelly and downright smoky even though there’s a non-smoking policy! One big headache is the Wi-Fi, you have to keep logging in every time you leave the hotel on return. On arrival at the hotel it would be appreciated if a person could be physically present-stop cost cutting, it doesn’t work!!!!Guest review byROBERTUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The hotel was in a fantastic location and we are so pleased we chose to stay in a quieter area with quieter beach as Villa azur is right on the beachfront with amazing views! The dinner in the restaurant was lovely, same with breakfast. Rooms are fairly small but we knew we had booked this so we’re happy. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful! We travelled into Monaco ans nice and would highly recommend the train from villenouve (5mins walk from hotel). Taxis are expensive but Uber was more reasonable. We also got engaged here on the beach and it was quiet and perfect! We’re already planning to come back next year!Guest review byAnonymous

My room was a self-sufficient set-up with a kitchenette, microwave, double hotplate, fridge, sink, counter, table, and two chairs. It also had a small furnished terrace for eating outside or lounging in the sun. Perfect for a simple beach holiday, especially with a big supermarket at the end of the street.
